Atomic Plazos Paddle Tail 2 ½″ – Lifelike Action for Bream, Bass & Golden Perch
NEW Atomic ‘APF’ material patterns now in stock!
The Atomic Plazos Paddle Tail 2 ½″ is a proven all-round soft plastic designed for bream, bass, golden perch and estuary perch. Its compact profile and irresistible tail thump make it perfect for both finesse estuary work and freshwater impoundment fishing.
Realistic Action. Reliable Results.
- Natural Paddle Tail Vibration – The thin tail wrist and wide paddle create a tight, rolling swim action that triggers aggressive strikes.
- Salt-Impregnated Formula – Enhances taste and holding time, giving you longer bite windows and better hook-ups.
- Durable Soft Plastic Material – Withstands multiple strikes without tearing or slipping down the hook.
- Versatile Rigging Options – Perfect on light jig heads for estuary bream, or heavier setups for golden perch and bass in deeper water.
- Realistic Colours – A wide range of natural and UV finishes to match baitfish in all water conditions.
Ideal For These Techniques
- Bream: Slow roll across flats or twitch near structure on a 1/24 to 1/16oz jig head.
- Bass: Cast near timber or weed edges and retrieve with a steady pulse.
- Golden Perch: Slow roll or hop through deep points and rock bars on a 1/16 to 1/4oz jig head.
- Estuary Perch: Work through bridges, pylons, and snags with subtle pauses to entice strikes.
Recommended Setup
- Pair with Atomic Seekerz Jig Heads in 1/0 or 2/0 sizes. Choose 1/24oz to 1/4oz depending on depth and current.
- Light fluorocarbon leader (2–10lb) for finesse presentations.
- 2–4kg spin outfit for optimal casting and sensitivity.
