Description
- Barambah Boondi Bros 62DSS – Deep Silent Suspending Jerkbait
The Barambah Boondi Bros 62DSS is a purpose-built deep, silent, suspending jerkbait designed to target Australian freshwater and estuary predators holding deeper in the water column. Built by Barambah Lures, this compact hard body combines precision depth control, subtle action and premium hardware to consistently trigger bites from pressured fish.
At 62mm and 7.2g, the Boondi Bros 62DSS casts easily on light to medium tackle while diving quickly into the strike zone. Its Deep Silent Suspending (DSS) design allows the lure to reach over 2 metres on the cast and up to 3 metres when trolled, then suspend naturally on the pause — a deadly trait when fish want a slow, controlled presentation.
Unlike rattling hard bodies, the silent profile makes the Boondi Bros 62DSS ideal for clear water, high-pressure systems and heavily fished locations. Worked with sharp twitches and long pauses, it imitates a wounded baitfish and holds depth where predators are waiting to ambush. Perfect for golden perch, bass, trout, estuary perch, flathead, bream and mulloway in estuaries. Also a great option for you to use on small Murray Cod.
Finished with 2X-strong BKK treble hooks and a through-wire bib construction, this jerkbait is built to handle aggressive strikes from quality fish while maintaining balance and action cast after cast.
