Howk Hot Spot series is a set of rods specifically for overhead Slow Jigging. They are also sensational rods for livebait fishing and bottom fishing. True allrounders!! The entire series incorporates spiral Fuji SIC rings to prevent torsion and twisting. Fitted with Fuji trigger reel seat for overhead reels. Brilliant to look at and sensational feel in these blanks. Sensitive tip sections with a responsive butt to load heavier jigs than usual for the rod class of slow pitch jigging.

Spent a full day jigging in 350m for Tassie’s blue eye trevalla, even manage to pull a 150kg mako up from 300m, this rod has plenty of power and a great feel, would highly recommend!
