Description
Long-casting garfish pencil bait for kingfish and larger surface predators
The Jack Fin Stylo 225 is a 225mm floating pencil bait designed to imitate larger garfish, needlefish and other slender baitfish. At 36g, it offers a larger profile and additional casting weight compared with the Stylo 210, making it an excellent option when kingfish are focused on larger surface bait or feeding at distance.
The Stylo 225 is predominantly a kingfish lure, particularly suited to working around reefs, headlands, shallow structure and other areas where kingfish hunt garfish. Its long, streamlined profile also makes it a useful option for small tuna and other larger inshore and offshore surface-feeding predators.
Work the Stylo quickly across the surface when fish are actively chasing bait, or use a slower retrieve and walk-the-dog action when fish require a more deliberate presentation. Its aerodynamic shape provides excellent casting distance while maintaining the long baitfish silhouette that defines the Stylo range.
Built for demanding saltwater fishing, the Stylo 225 combines a substantial surface profile with enough weight to reach feeding fish without becoming excessively heavy to cast.
