Description
Varivas IGFA Mono Special Trolling Line 1000m
Varivas IGFA mono line is our secret we are sharing. After running this line for several years, we are now offering it to everyone! Built for anglers who take their trolling seriously, the Varivas IGFA Special is the real deal when it comes to chasing big, hard-fighting pelagics. Precision-made in Japan, this IGFA-rated mono delivers the strength, consistency, and reliability you need when it counts, whether you’re targeting Southern Bluefin Tuna, marlin, swordfish, sharks or pushing for a record-class capture.
The line runs true to class, with excellent abrasion resistance and controlled stretch to keep you connected through brutal strikes and long fights. Finished in a high-visibility green, it’s easy to track in the spread, a small edge that makes a big difference when multiple lines are in play and also while fighting game fish.
If you’re rigging for serious offshore work and want complete confidence in your line, this is it.

Big fan of Varivas line. Especially their mono for heavy tackle trolling applications. Strength, reliability & ease of tying. Hard to go past!
Cant beat this varivas mono for game fishing. Ebb Tide has spooled many reels with it for me directly and its never let us down.
