Description
X-Braid YGK Castman Absorber 50m Mono Leader
The best leader around!
YGK Galis Castman Absorber is a high shock absorbing, abrasion resistant copolymer monofilament leader designed with Super Bron which allows for 35% elongation before breakage as opposed to standard nylons 30%. It’s great stretch properties allow the leader to absorb the stress of repeated casts and hookups to better protect the mainline from breaking. The line also has great knotting properties; it’s soft and supple enough to tie fast and precise knots without being too soft to form kinks. It’s a slow sinking line so it won’t impair the action of your lures or cause them to sink faster then they should. All-in-all Galis Castman Absorber a fantastic monofilament leader suitable for use in many different fishing applications, and with 11 different breaking strains from 20lb up to 200lb all on 50m spools you’ll be sure to find one for yourself!

Verified ownerI've found this leader to be great for tying FG knots with because of it's relative soft-ness. I've also found this "soft-ness" / supple line to help both baits and lures behave in a more natural way in the water.
Highly recommend this product.
Hands down the best leader I’ve used for chasing trophy barra. Supple but tough as nails.
This has to be hands down the best casting leader that you can get. Unreal knot strength, high a raisin resistance and the right amount of stretch to keep hooks where they should be! I use it for every species now.
this stuff holds up. great casting leader, takes a beating. i even use it trolling and now i threw everything else away. cant beat this
I have used many different leaders and found YGK absorber leader to the best one, has extremely low memory, hard outer while still being easy to tie knots, has very similar feel to Andy Mono which we used off the rocks at Green Cape in the very early 70’s for Kingies and Tuna.
