We like to keep it simple, you will receive tracking via email with your order once dispatched! Orders are packed and sent daily, with orders usually shipped within 48 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday, excludes bulky items that require courier collection. They are next day shipping or when collected by couriers). Please also note: The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a major surge in parcel deliveries, as well as causing disruptions to AusPost delivery operations. Disruptions have eased in most states and territories, but delays may still be experienced and circumstances can change quickly.

• $9.95 Flat Rate Parcel Post on all other orders
• $13.95 Flat Rate if you require EXPRESS POST
• All Fishing Rods & Bulky Items are $25.00 FLAT RATE SHIPPING (Shipped via a courier service to your door)

Postage For International Deliveries:

Pricing varies upon location, calculated at the checkout for you, usually with a Standard and Express option (We use Australia Post and it’s shipping options). Please note: The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a major surge in parcel deliveries, as well as causing disruptions to AusPost delivery operations, especially international parcels leaving Australia. Delays may still be experienced and circumstances can change quickly.

If you wish to purchase a fishing rod or bulky item, please contact us via email at [email protected] with your order list and full shipping address so we can quote the shipping cost directly to you.

Please do not ask for false declarations. We don’t do them.

Environmental Policy:

We strive to leave a minimal environmental footprint! We use home compostable packaging satchels & recyclable packing boxes where possible. Our rods tubes & packaging is recycled from other businesses and suppliers, helping to reduce waste and giving a longer & alternate life to these tubes. Please either reuse or recycle our packaging & do your bit too! Every action counts!

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days in Australia usually), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping & Delivery

All prices shown are in Australian Dollars. All orders placed will be shipped domestically in Australia via Australia Post, unless alternate arrangements are made. Fishing Rods are shipped via Courier. International shipping outside of Australia on goods is to be advised by Ebb Tide Tackle. Payments are made to Ebb Tide Tackle PayPal account, Stripe, Zip or Afterpay, unless prior arrangement made with Ebb Tide Tackle. Ebb Tide Tackle proudly offers quality products. If any product is damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will organise for the return of the goods and arrange a credit towards your next purchase or send a replacement product. The customer will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only at our discretion.

Free freight policy does not apply to international orders.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Ebb Tide Tackle is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

GST

Ebb Tide Tackle charges amount of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) for all products and delivery prices quoted on this website for orders within Australia, in accordance with Australian law.  The total GST paid will be clearly marked on the invoice. If you wish to order outside of Australia, GST is not applicable to the products ordered.
